SALT LAKE CITY – September 24, 2026 – LoanPro, the modern lending and credit platform, today introduced a set of new products spanning payments, card-based loan disbursement and AI-assisted loan servicing. The company demonstrated the products live on stage for lenders and partners at its annual, invite-only Salt Flats Summit.
Among the launches are LoanPro DirectPay, LoanPro’s own payment processing, integrated across its platform, and Beyond Credit™, a virtual Mastercard now onboarding installment lenders that lets them send loan funds to a borrower’s digital wallet in real time. For servicing teams, LoanPro introduced the AI Account Briefing and the LoanPro MCP, which connects AI agents to LoanPro under the same access controls and compliance guardrails lenders apply to their human agents. LoanPro also announced new payment partners, Risk Radar delinquency prediction, ongoing compliance monitoring, LoanPro Connect and full support for secured cards.
“Lenders have asked us for years to handle more of this for them, with one contract and one team to call,” said Rhett Roberts, CEO and co-founder of LoanPro. “Payment processing, real-time card disbursement and AI guardrails are now built into LoanPro’s core, and all of it is live today. A lender can now get funds to a borrower on a Friday night or have an AI agent help service an account, and all of it stays inside LoanPro.”
LoanPro Payments and LoanPro DirectPay: Automated Payment Reconciliation for Lenders
LoanPro’s payment suite now carries the name LoanPro Payments. LoanPro moves about $4 billion a month in loan repayments and disbursements across its customer base. At the center of the suite is LoanPro DirectPay, payment processing that LoanPro built in-house and integrated across the platform.
Because LoanPro holds both the loan data and the processing data, DirectPay reconciles transactions automatically, sparing operations teams hours of matching reports by hand. On a borrower call, servicing agents can trace a payment step by step, see why it failed, and handle a dispute or refund in the same system. New customers onboard through an automated flow and, once approved, can start accepting payments in about 20 minutes. DirectPay runs on partner infrastructure that processes more than $2 trillion in transactions a year, without throttling or throughput limits.
Two partners join LoanPro Payments. Moov becomes the first payment processor customers can purchase directly through LoanPro, under one contract and one pricing schedule. CheckAlt, already integrated with the platform, adds lockbox processing. LoanPro will keep supporting and investing in all of its existing processor integrations and partnerships.
Beyond Credit: Real-Time Loan Disbursement to Digital Wallets
Beyond Credit™ is a virtual Mastercard that serves as an access device to an installment loan. It lets lenders send loan funds to a borrower’s Apple Pay or Google Pay wallet in real time, 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays when ACH doesn’t run. The card doesn’t revolve and carries no fees or interest. Those terms remain on the loan in LoanPro.
Lenders can restrict where the card works by merchant name, merchant ID, location or merchant category code, and can receive merchant-level spend data. As program manager, LoanPro handles customer service, disputes and chargebacks, and manages fraud mitigation with Mastercard and its issuing processor. Beyond Credit is now onboarding installment lenders.
LoanPro Intelligence Suite and LoanPro MCP: AI Loan Servicing with Built-In Guardrails
The AI Account Briefing, part of the new LoanPro Intelligence Suite, gives servicing agents a plain-language summary of every account. The summary includes health indicators, recent activity and suggested next steps drawn from how that lender handles similar situations. A LoanPro survey of lenders on its platform found that agents spent an average of 20% of each servicing call looking for information. In LoanPro’s testing, the briefing reduced that to 10% to 15% of a call, and to 5% in some cases. The briefing runs on models post-trained by LoanPro and deployed within each customer’s own AWS environment, keeping lender data inside that perimeter. It builds on the AI-native interface LoanPro developed with AllCloud and AWS, which cut customer call times by up to 15%.
The suite is powered by the LoanPro MCP (Model Context Protocol), which lenders can use to connect the AI agents and models of their choice to LoanPro. Phase one is live now and supports pulling account context and history, processing payments, setting up autopay and recording promises to pay. Every request passes through LoanPro’s role-based access controls and compliance guardrails, so an AI agent can reach only what its human user can reach, and each action is recorded in the audit trail under that person’s name. A second phase will add broader servicing, including borrower communications. A third phase, planned for next year, will extend the MCP to every LoanPro service.
“You will only ever drive as fast as you trust your brakes to stop you,” said Colin Terry, Chief Product Officer at LoanPro. “Lenders have spent years building controls around their human agents, and the LoanPro MCP runs through those same role-based access controls and compliance guardrails. We bring the context, the action and the trust. You bring the thinking, and you have an AI strategy in a box.”
More From Salt Flats Summit
Risk Radar: A machine learning model trained on each lender’s own portfolio that predicts the likelihood of delinquency, helping servicing teams decide which accounts to call first. Risk Radar feeds into the AI Account Briefing and will be available in the coming weeks.
Ongoing Monitoring: Automated SCRA, MLA, Death Master File, consumer bankruptcy and OFAC checks run on a schedule the lender sets, with the ability to act on any hit.
LoanPro Connect: A platform extension that links LoanPro activity to more than 1,200 off-the-shelf APIs, including Google Sheets, Outlook and Slack.
Secured Cards and Associated Ledgers: Associated Ledgers track a deposit or other asset balance on an account and can tie available credit to that balance, giving LoanPro full support for secured cards. Accounts can hold an unlimited number of associated ledgers, and the feature comes to installment loans by the end of the year.
