Accor Plus Sees 39% Conversion Growth Within 30 Days of Payments Platform Redesign

Sydney, Australia – 22 April 2026 – Accor Plus, a leading lifestyle loyalty subscription programme in the hospitality sector, has successfully overhauled its payments infrastructure and loyalty programme across Asia Pacific, delivering even greater benefits for its 450,000+ members.

With its membership growing rapidly across APAC and demand for multi-currency options increasing, Accor Plus needed a solution that could scale quickly and simplify its technology infrastructure.

Partnering with Endava, the technology-driven business transformation group whose AI-native approach combines cutting edge technology with deep industry expertise, the first phase of the project replaced Accor Plus’s legacy payments platform with a scalable, plug-and-play solution. This streamlined transaction processing and enabled quicker integrations for new payment methods and markets.

Within 30 days of launch, conversion rates from the product page increased 2.8 percentage points from 7% to 9.8% – a 39% uplift overall. The project to date has also delivered increased transaction speed and improved page load times by 40%. The result is a smoother and more trusted experience for consumers, which provides a solid foundation for Accor Plus across Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, India and Indonesia.

Mark Rice, Vice President Finance, Asia Pacific, Accor Plus:
“We needed a partner who could help modernise our payments system to support our rapid expansion across APAC and beyond. Endava’s solution is both flexible and scalable and has vastly improved customer experience.”

Through the project, expanded payment options were introduced, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, AfterPay, internet banking, and regional methods like Southeast Asia’s GrabPay. Regional-based payment gateway compliance was also improved through direct bank integrations for countries that require payment handling in-region. These new options provide greater flexibility at checkout and align with growing consumer demand for fast, convenient, and secure payment methods.

Additionally, the partnership has simplified the membership program and improved consistency of benefits across regions.

Gareth Foster, Commercial Delivery Director APAC, Endava:
“Working with Accor Plus has been an exciting opportunity to demonstrate the power of modernised payments systems. By addressing their specific challenges, like multi-currency support and fast market expansion, we’ve been able to deliver a solution that improves both customer experience and operational efficiency. We’re looking forward to continuing our collaboration with Accor Plus by enhancing their loyalty program and further engaging their customers across the region.”

The next phase of the partnership will drive meaningful improvements to the user experience, broaden the service offering, introduce additional payment and language options, and enable organisations to more effectively share Accor Plus benefits with their employees.
