K25.ai Raises Series A at $200M Valuation to Expand AI-Powered Prediction Market Platform

K25.ai has secured a Series A funding round at a post-money valuation of $200 million, marking another step in the evolution of AI-driven prediction markets. The investment, backed by digital asset firm Amber Group, comes less than two months after the company’s Pre-A financing and doubles its valuation. The funding is expected to accelerate development of K25.ai’s AI-native platform, which transforms live sports, esports, entertainment, and creator content into real-time prediction markets.

Artificial intelligence continues to reshape digital entertainment and financial technology, with startups increasingly blending interactive media, creator economies, and market-based engagement. K25.ai is positioning itself at that intersection after announcing the close of its Series A investment round, valuing the company at $200 million post-money and signaling growing investor interest in AI-powered prediction market infrastructure.

The latest funding round is backed by Amber Group, a global digital asset infrastructure company, and follows K25.ai’s recently completed Pre-A round led by Nasdaq-listed NewGenIVF Group Limited (Nasdaq: NIVF). According to the company, the new investment doubles its valuation in under 60 days while adding another institutional supporter with expertise in digital assets and liquidity infrastructure.

Building AI-native prediction markets

K25.ai has developed a platform that converts livestreams into interactive prediction markets, allowing viewers to forecast what will happen next during live sporting events, esports tournaments, entertainment broadcasts, and creator-led content.

Unlike traditional prediction platforms that require manual market creation, K25.ai uses proprietary artificial intelligence to automate several core functions. Its AI models monitor live content, generate prediction opportunities in real time, and determine market outcomes as events unfold. The objective is to create a continuous “watch-to-predict” experience that keeps audiences engaged throughout a live broadcast.

The company believes AI can significantly reduce the operational complexity involved in managing high-volume, real-time prediction markets while enabling creators and media platforms to offer new forms of audience participation.

We’re building the category where AI meets live content and real-money prediction,” said Andy Cheung, Founder and CEO of K25.ai, describing the latest investment as validation of growing market demand for AI-powered interactive experiences.

Strategic support beyond capital

While the financing provides additional capital, the partnership also expands K25.ai’s access to digital asset infrastructure and institutional market expertise.

Amber Group will support the company in areas including liquidity strategy, market infrastructure, ecosystem development, and digital asset capabilities. Those functions could become increasingly important as prediction market platforms seek greater scalability and deeper liquidity while navigating evolving regulatory frameworks across global jurisdictions.

Haoyu, Portfolio Director at amber.ac, described K25.ai as a platform operating at the convergence of artificial intelligence, real-time content, and prediction markets, highlighting the firm’s interest in supporting new forms of financial and entertainment experiences.

Why the funding matters

The announcement reflects broader momentum behind AI-native consumer fintech platforms that combine financial mechanics with digital engagement.

Prediction markets have historically focused on forecasting political events, economics, or sporting outcomes. Recent advances in AI, cloud computing, and low-latency data processing are expanding their potential into interactive entertainment, where markets can be created and settled almost instantly during live broadcasts.

For enterprise media companies, streaming platforms, and creator businesses, AI-generated prediction markets could represent a new engagement layer alongside chat, polls, tipping, and digital commerce. The technology may also provide additional monetization opportunities by increasing viewer participation and session duration.

Enterprise implications

The funding positions K25.ai to invest across several strategic priorities, including product development, creator ecosystem expansion, institutional liquidity infrastructure, and international growth.

The company’s AI infrastructure aligns with broader enterprise technology trends as organizations increasingly deploy machine learning to automate complex workflows requiring real-time decision-making.

Major technology providers including Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and NVIDIA continue investing heavily in AI infrastructure that enables applications requiring low-latency inference, large-scale data processing, and real-time analytics. These capabilities are becoming foundational for platforms that process live content and dynamic user interactions.

A growing intersection of fintech and creator economies

K25.ai also reflects a broader convergence between fintech and digital media.

As creator-led platforms increasingly explore new revenue models beyond subscriptions and advertising, interactive financial experiences—including prediction markets, tokenized rewards, and digital assets—are attracting growing attention. While regulatory considerations remain an important factor across jurisdictions, investors continue backing infrastructure companies that support these emerging engagement models.

The addition of Amber Group alongside NewGenIVF Group gives K25.ai strategic relationships spanning both digital asset markets and public market investors, potentially strengthening its position as it expands globally.

Although the long-term adoption of AI-powered prediction markets will depend on regulation, platform partnerships, and user demand, K25.ai’s latest funding round suggests investors see growing commercial potential in technologies that merge artificial intelligence with real-time digital experiences.

Market Landscape

AI is increasingly transforming financial technology beyond traditional banking applications. According to Gartner, generative AI and intelligent automation are among the fastest-growing enterprise technology investments, while McKinsey & Company estimates AI could generate $2.6 trillion to $4.4 trillion in annual economic value across industries. At the same time, creator economies and interactive digital entertainment continue to expand, creating opportunities for platforms that combine AI, financial infrastructure, and real-time audience engagement. Prediction markets represent one emerging segment where these technology trends are beginning to converge.
