Achieve Ranks Top 3 in LendingTree Customer Satisfaction as Personal Loan Competition Intensifies

Consumers shopping for personal loans are paying closer attention to transparency and customer experience—and Achieve is continuing to capitalize on that trend.

The digital personal finance company has been ranked among the Top 3 lenders for personal loan customer satisfaction by LendingTree for the second quarter of 2026. The recognition marks Achieve’s sixth consecutive quarter earning a top-three position, highlighting the company’s sustained focus on customer service in an increasingly competitive lending market.

The quarterly rankings, published by LendingTree, are based on verified customer reviews and lender performance across factors including transparency, the loan application process, and overall customer support.

Six Straight Quarters of High Customer Ratings

Maintaining a top-three ranking over six consecutive quarters is a notable achievement in the personal lending sector, where rising consumer expectations and fintech competition continue to reshape the borrowing experience.

Kyle Enright, President of Lending at Achieve, said the recognition reflects the company’s commitment to combining competitive pricing with personalized financial guidance.

He added that many borrowers turn to Achieve for debt consolidation, seeking not just financing but a trusted partner to improve their long-term financial health.

Lower Interest Rates Expand Borrower Access

The customer service recognition comes after Achieve reduced the lowest available annual percentage rate (APR) on its personal loans earlier this year.

Qualified borrowers can now access fixed-rate loans starting at 6.25% APR, a reduction of 274 basis points from previous pricing. The company says the rate cut was made possible through improvements in underwriting models enhanced by FICO® Score 10 T data, allowing it to broaden access to credit while maintaining expected loan performance.

Loans are originated through a partner bank using the Achieve Personal Loans platform.

What Borrowers Receive

Achieve continues to position its lending platform around speed, flexibility, and predictable repayment.

Key features include:

  • Fixed interest rates starting at 6.25% APR for eligible borrowers.
  • Funding available in as little as 24 hours for qualified applicants.
  • Flexible repayment terms ranging from 24 to 60 months.
  • Fixed monthly payments with transparent pricing and no revolving balances.

These features are designed primarily for consumers looking to consolidate higher-interest debt, particularly credit card balances.

Competition Is Heating Up in Digital Lending

The recognition arrives as online lenders compete aggressively on both pricing and customer experience.

With interest rates gradually easing in parts of the lending market, fintech platforms are increasingly using lower borrowing costs, faster approvals, and simplified digital experiences to differentiate themselves. Independent rankings from marketplaces like LendingTree have become an important trust signal for borrowers comparing lenders before applying.

Customer satisfaction has become a strategic advantage alongside competitive interest rates, particularly as consumers seek greater transparency around fees, repayment terms, and approval processes.

Building a Larger Consumer Finance Platform

Founded in 2002, Achieve says it has served more than 2 million consumers, helping customers resolve over $22 billion in debt while facilitating more than $15 billion in personal loans and home equity lines of credit.

The company has also expanded its recognition beyond customer lending. In recent months, Achieve was included in AZ Business Magazine’s AZ Big 100 List for 2026 and received eight workplace awards from InHerSight, including recognition as the No. 1 finance company for women to work.

Why It Matters

As borrowing costs remain elevated compared to the ultra-low-rate environment of recent years, consumers are becoming increasingly selective about where they obtain credit. Beyond interest rates, factors such as funding speed, transparent pricing, and customer service now play a significant role in lender selection.

Achieve’s latest LendingTree recognition suggests that digital lenders capable of combining competitive loan products with consistently positive customer experiences may be better positioned to capture market share as demand for debt consolidation and personal financing continues to grow.
