Finalized on December 31, 2025, the acquisition aligns with Signal Tree’s strategy to provide coordinated, end‑to‑end financial services for its clients.
The HHL team of six will now operate as Signal Tree Tax Services, LLC, continuing to deliver tax preparation, accounting, bookkeeping, and planning services. Laurie Price, founder of HHL Group, will remain on board as Managing Director, leading operations from the firm’s established Medina office.
