Akemona Shifts Focus to AI-Powered Tokenization and Decentralized Exchange Technologies
Akemona has officially exited the crowdfunding business, pivoting to focus on AI-powered tokenization and decentralized exchange technologies. The shift underscores the company’s commitment to building infrastructure for the next generation of AI-driven, regulatory-compliant digital finance.
AI Flowbook: Optimizing Liquidity with AI
At the center of Akemona’s new strategy is AI Flowbook, a liquidity optimization engine that leverages AI and machine learning to dynamically manage liquidity on decentralized exchanges. By minimizing exposure to volatility and maximizing capital efficiency, AI Flowbook benefits traders, liquidity providers, and market makers alike.
“Akemona is a deep-tech company focused on regulated tokenization and AI,” said Alex de Lorraine, CEO of Akemona. “Our goal is to empower small and mid-sized financial institutions with the same tokenization and liquidity technologies used by large banks—but as a service. AI Flowbook automates liquidity management on decentralized exchanges, reducing losses and improving operational resilience.”
From Crowdfunding to AI-Driven SaaS
The company’s former crowdfunding operations validated its regulatory-compliant tokenization platform, successfully completing multiple tokenized offerings under SEC regulations. “Having proven our platform works seamlessly with global investors, we are now enhancing our SaaS-based tokenization platform with AI Flowbook and a Flowbook-enabled decentralized exchange,” explained Ravi Srivastava, Chief Product Officer.
Akemona is also developing the AKENRO token, which will power its decentralized data protocols. This includes protocols for delivering secure, verifiable data to AI Flowbook instances operating on blockchain networks, further integrating AI with decentralized finance.
By combining tokenization, AI, and decentralized exchange technology, Akemona aims to drive the next wave of adoption in digital asset securities, offering institutional-grade solutions to a broader range of financial institutions.
