XION Becomes First-Ever Launchpool Project on Bybit’s MiCAR-Licensed EU Exchange

The European crypto scene just got a new headline act. XION, the consumer-first Layer-1 blockchain, has been tapped as the first-ever Launchpool project on Bybit’s MiCAR-licensed EU exchange—a milestone that pairs a compliance-ready trading platform with a blockchain built for mainstream adoption.

The partnership follows Bybit securing its MiCAR license in Austria this May and launching Bybit.eu, a fully regulated platform for verified EEA users. Starting with XION, users will be able to stake approved assets for yield—without straying outside Europe’s increasingly strict regulatory perimeter.

Launchpool Rewards Breakdown

Total pool size: 100,000 XION, split into three staking tracks:

  • 50,000 XION to XION stakers (est. APR: 60%)
  • 30,000 XION to MNT stakers (est. APR: 36%)
  • 20,000 XION to USDC stakers (est. APR: 24%)

For XION, it’s more than just a rewards event—it’s a chance to deepen its European foothold. Backed by Circle Ventures, XION has been steadily building out a consumer-friendly blockchain ecosystem, already powering experiences for 100+ global brands.

Momentum in Europe

In the past few months, XION has:

  • Published the first MiCA Title II whitepaper for a Layer-1 blockchain.
  • Integrated natively with Ledger (Paris HQ) in June.
  • Listed on Bitvavo earlier this summer.
  • Partnered with leading European brands on blockchain-enabled consumer offerings.

Being Bybit EU’s debut Launchpool partner fits neatly into that playbook.

Europe is now the proving ground for regulated digital assets, and together with Bybit EU we’re setting a precedent for how mainstream audiences can discover and engage with blockchain technology in a safe, intuitive way,” said Anthony Anzalone, Founder of XION.

Bybit EU CEO Mazurka Zheng echoed the sentiment: “Regulation can accelerate rather than hinder innovation, and today’s launch with XION shows exactly that.”

Bigger Than Just a Launch

The collaboration also extends an earlier relationship—XION appeared on Bybit Global’s Launchpool during its TGE—underscoring a shared push to make blockchain accessible to everyday users.

In a year when Europe is shaping up as the global case study for regulated digital assets, XION and Bybit EU’s partnership could set the tone for how crypto projects marry compliance with mass adoption.
