Valour Expands Digital Asset ETPs in Brazil with Solana Listing on B3

DeFi Technologies’ subsidiary, Valour, has received approval to list its Solana exchange-traded product (ETP), Valour Solana (VSOL), on Brazil’s B3 Exchange. The listing, set for December 17, 2025, will allow Brazilian investors to access Solana alongside previously approved Valour ETPs for Bitcoin (BTCV), Ethereum (ETHV), XRP (XRPV), and Sui (VSUI) via BDR on ETP.

Diversifying digital asset exposure in Brazil

VSOL’s launch marks a significant step in Valour’s Brazilian expansion, providing investors with BRL-denominated exposure to leading digital assets through familiar brokerage and custody channels. Together, these products enable diversified digital asset access in a regulated, exchange-traded environment.

Valour already operates approximately 100 digital asset ETPs globally, including listings on Spotlight Stock Market (Sweden), Börse Frankfurt (Germany), SIX Swiss Exchange (Switzerland), London Stock Exchange, and Euronext. Its offerings span Layer 1 and Layer 2 networks, gaming and creator ecosystems, community tokens, and modular tokenization infrastructure.

Brazil: A strategic foothold

Brazil represents Valour’s first major market outside Europe. With over 213 million residents and the largest crypto economy in Latin America, the country provides fertile ground for regulated digital asset products. B3 serves as a regional hub for equities, ETFs, and increasingly, crypto-linked products and derivatives.

“Listing Valour Solana (VSOL) on B3 is a natural next step following our Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, and Sui products,” said Johan Wattenström, CEO of DeFi Technologies and Co-Founder of Valour. “Solana has become one of the most active Layer 1 ecosystems globally, and we’re excited to provide regulated, exchange-traded access for Brazilian investors.”

Andrew Forson, President of DeFi Technologies, added, “Across Europe, demand for exposure beyond Bitcoin and Ethereum is strong, and Solana plays a major role. VSOL strengthens our Brazilian lineup and lays the foundation for additional local listings, structured products, and customized investor solutions.”

With VSOL, Valour deepens its presence in Latin America, offering institutional-grade access to digital assets via on-exchange pricing, local settlement, and familiar governance standards—bridging traditional capital markets with the fast-growing world of DeFi.
