Fora Financial Names John Egerman as CFO to Drive Growth and Strategic Finance

Fora Financial, a leading provider of flexible financing solutions for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), has appointed John Egerman as its new Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Egerman will oversee the company’s financial operations, capital strategy, investor relations, and risk management initiatives.
Seasoned Fintech and Corporate Finance Leader
Egerman brings nearly 20 years of experience across fintech, eCommerce, retail, and energy sectors. Most recently, he served as Vice President and CFO for PayPal’s Consumer Businesses. His career also includes senior finance roles at Walmart, Marathon Petroleum, and Plains All American Pipeline, giving him a strong track record in scaling complex financial operations and corporate strategy.
