Frontline Performance Group (FPG), a global leader in revenue optimization, is rolling out CheckMax, an AI-powered performance software designed to maximize check averages and potentially double restaurant profits. The platform blends real-time analytics, e-learning, and staff coaching to help servers shift from order-takers to revenue drivers.
Developed alongside three major hotel brands and top management groups across the U.S., Caribbean, and Europe, CheckMax installs a service-based sales program directly into restaurant operations. By teaching suggestive selling techniques and providing AI-driven insights, the tool empowers staff to consistently recommend higher-margin menu items while delivering a more personalized guest experience.

CheckMax claims to increase revenue per guest by 5% to 15%, using automated analytics to predict performance trends and drive consistency across teams. The software introduces a proprietary metric to measure sales quality at both server and outlet levels, giving operators a clear view of performance benchmarks across their portfolio.

CheckMax combines bite-sized video training, e-learning modules, and goal tracking through FPG’s proprietary IN-Gauge software platform. Servers can set revenue targets, monitor progress, and compete on leaderboards displaying metrics like average revenue per guest and earning potential.
The platform integrates with Oracle Micros Simphony, Toast, Square, Infrasys, and will soon support TouchBistro, Upserve, and other systems. By dedicating just a few minutes daily, managers can drive performance improvements and boost revenue within a single quarter.
