ACI Worldwide (NASDAQ: ACIW), a pioneer in global payments technology, has appointed Todd Ford and Didier Lamouche as independent directors to its Board of Directors. The move underscores ACI’s ongoing focus on board refreshment and adding seasoned technology leaders as it navigates growth and leadership transitions.

Todd Ford brings extensive financial and operational expertise from his tenure as President, CFO, and EVP Operations at Coupa, a leading SaaS platform for business spend management. He has guided multiple SaaS companies through cloud transitions, mergers, and scaling operations, providing ACI with deep insights into high-growth software businesses.

Didier Lamouche, former President and CEO of IDEMIA (formerly Oberthur Technologies), returns to ACI’s board with decades of leadership experience in global technology firms. He previously served on ACI’s board and brings valuable perspective on international technology markets and operational strategy.
