MindBridge Strengthens Product and Technology Leadership to Accelerate Innovation Across Finance and Audit Markets

MindBridge Analytics Inc., the leader in Autonomous Financial Oversight (AFO), today announced the appointment of Mike Maziarz as Chief Product and Marketing Officer.

The company also announced Rachel Kirkham, who continues as Chief Technology Officer, will now lead MindBridge’s integrated AI, engineering, and cloud operations organisation. The appointments strengthen MindBridge’s ability to meet customer requirements by accelerating product innovation, deepening customer impact, and scaling MindBridge’s ability to innovate. This evolution reflects MindBridge’s continued investment in customer success as organisations accelerate the adoption of AI and increasingly require trusted financial oversight.

“This new leadership formation establishes a laser focus on our customers,” said Les Rechan, Chief Executive Officer of MindBridge. “As AI reshapes financial operations, businesses and audit firms need new ways to maintain governance, trust, and confidence. Mike and Rachel will help us accelerate execution, strengthen our platform, and deliver even greater value to our customers.”

As Chief Product and Marketing Officer, Maziarz will oversee product strategy and marketing across MindBridge’s Enterprise and Audit & Assurance portfolios, including Financial Close Oversight, Spend Integrity Oversight, and Augmented Assurance.

“Organisations are rapidly adopting automation across financial workflows, creating both new opportunities and new responsibilities for financial oversight,” said Mike Maziarz, Chief Product and Marketing Officer. “MindBridge has spent the last decade building the platform to meet this moment, and I’m excited to accelerate our product strategy to help organisations govern increasingly autonomous financial operations while helping audit firms identify risks earlier, focus audit effort where it matters most, and modernise how they deliver assurance.”

In her expanded role, Kirkham will lead technology strategy, engineering execution, platform architecture, and AI innovation while continuing to scale MindBridge’s engineering organisation.

“The opportunity to continue advancing MindBridge’s technology platform while delivering trusted AI for our customers is incredibly exciting,” said Rachel Kirkham, Chief Technology Officer. “Our teams build the platform that powers both Autonomous Financial Oversight and Augmented Assurance, giving businesses and audit firms the trusted oversight they need.”

As organisations embed AI, automation, and agentic technologies into financial operations, the need for trusted financial oversight continues to grow. Businesses require independent oversight to govern increasingly autonomous finance, while audit firms need new approaches to identify risk earlier, focus audit effort where it matters most, and deliver more consistent, data-driven assurance. MindBridge’s platform is used by finance leaders, internal audit teams, and audit firms worldwide to improve financial integrity, reduce risk, and strengthen confidence in increasingly autonomous financial environments.
