Cohere Capital Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm specializing in technology and tech-enabled services, has made a strategic growth investment in Leverege, a Rockville, Maryland-based provider of AI-native software solutions leveraging Internet of Things (IoT) and VisionAI technology.
The partnership aims to accelerate Leverege’s expansion across multiple end markets while enhancing its AI-driven platform and product suite.

Leverege offers a range of AI-native software products—including AutoTrace, WorkWatch, PitCrew, and ExpressLane—that help enterprises reduce costs, increase efficiency, improve customer experience, and unlock new revenue streams. The company’s hardware-agnostic approach allows businesses in automotive, manufacturing, retail, industrial, and entertainment sectors to leverage real-time insights from video and sensor data, improving operational decision-making at scale.
