ASAPP Financial Technology Announces Launch of Version 1.0 of bank.io OXP® Platform

ASAPP Financial Technology is excited to announce the upcoming release of Version 1.0 of its bank.io OXP® Platform. With completion of development and internal quality assurance testing slated for August 2025, the platform will be ready for US credit union Client-Partner implementation in September 2025. This version will support multiple core banking integrations, including Jack Henry Symitar, Correlation Keystone, Fiserv DNA, and more.

    • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
    • Enterprise Content Management (ECM)
    • Opportunity Engine™
    • Omnichannel capabilities across digital, mobile, and in-branch channels will be supported, enabling self-service, member-assisted, and staff-initiated member origination.
  2. Innovative Features & Improvements
    • Introduction of a modern user interface and user experience for Origination Feature Sets.
    • New streamlined member journeys and multilingual front-end member display.
    • Backend document management improvements to streamline document additions, modifications, and enhanced signing sequence configurations.
  3. Licensing and Availability
    • Multiple licensing configurations available: Account Origination, Lending Origination, and Engagement (CRM, ECM, Opportunity Engine).
    • The platform will also be available to license in Canada, including continuing ASAPP OXP® licensing options.
  4. Future Roadmap and Planned Features
    • 2025-2026 Roadmap: Retail account and lending origination for registered and secured products, business account and lending origination, reusable member declarations and consents, and retail origination checklists.
    • 2027 Developments: Full back-end multilingual capabilities and integration of AI into the Opportunity Engine™ for enhanced member experiences.
  5. ASAPP OXP® Modernization (2027)
    • The modernization will incorporate the advanced technical infrastructure from bank.io OXP®, transitioning to microservices-based architecture with Microsoft .NET Core and Azure PaaS.
    • This transition will enable faster, lower-cost, higher-quality development with greater integration potential for third-party strategic partners.
